Haggl is a high-stakes AI negotiation game where players bargain with dynamic seller personalities over rare, expensive artifacts. It combines strategic messaging, round-based pressure, and a global leaderboard to turn negotiation into a measurable competitive experience.
Process
The app was built iteratively, starting with the core negotiation architecture, then adding AI seller personalities, smart model routing, session and scoring APIs, leaderboard caching, and polished UI surfaces with motion and brutalist-inspired styling.
Outcome
A production-ready Next.js application that delivers an immersive negotiation sandbox, balancing bold visual design with smooth usability, transparent rules, and replayable AI-driven gameplay.
